1.【USE Tips】: The voltage gap of each battery must be within 0.5V. When the battery voltage difference does not reach more than 0.1V, the light on the balance board is triggered by mistake. The light actually has no balance current when it lights up, and it will automatically go out after a period of time. So We suggest re-plugging the cable to solve the problem.【Note that】It takes time to equalize the voltage, hot is normal and it does not take effect immediately after plugging it in.

5. 【NOTE】: Before connect the balance cable to the balance board, be sure to check whether the connections of each section of the battery pack are correct, and do a good job of insulating the bottom of the board and the battery string connection terminals. Otherwise, it will short-circuit and burn the board. Tips: This balancer board is backward compatible by default. eg. If it is used for 15S, the last line B16+ is empty; use for 14s, B16+ and B15+ vacant no wiring.
 

NOTE : This active balancer is not a BMS protection board, so no matter how bad the battery you use to test, it can be used, But it has no functions such as over-voltage, under-voltage, or over-current. A BMS is required to manage all those things. Suggest use it in parallel with the BMS protection board.

Note:

1. Please start wiring from the total negative pole, followed by B-, B1+, ..., B16+. (Test per string battery voltage whether is right before connect to Balancer board).

2. The time required for equalization mainly depends on the battery capacity.
